Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate manufacturing production coordinator to lead the construction of large scale 3D printed concrete elements. As the manufacturing coordinator, you will be working in close collaboration with the printing team, planning material supplies, coordinating with the design team and sharing feedback to the R&D team developing the 3D printer. Strong communication skills, together with an ease to communicate and attention to detail will help you in this role. Specific Responsibilities

• Organizing, coordinating and monitoring 3D printing production lines both in our headquarters and on the construction site.

• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that materials are available for production requirements

• Ensure highest standard of quality control during production, take fresh samples and perform QA tests

• Apply procedural adherence to our printing and building process according to standards

• Liaise with other team members when a problem arises during production

• Maintain and operate with printing team the large scale 3D printer

• Ensure Health & Safety is respected during the process

• Travel internationally for short periods of time to inspect the construction of 3D printed elements

Skills

• Communication to liaise with the production team, design team, R&D team and suppliers.

• Organization to keep track of projects creating schedules, checklists, and maintain a database

• Time management to juggle with multiple projects at the same time

• Problem-solving, “can do” mentality to tackle unexpected problems arising from manufacturing

• Attention to detail to identify errors, inconsistencies in schedule, etc.

• Self-motivated and able to work both collaboratively and independently

• Good team player, eager to share knowledge and build awareness; loves to teach others

Qualifications

• Technical degree or professional certification

• 3+ years experience in production management. A background in concrete production and construction is a plus, but not compulsory.

• Ability to demonstrate a methodical and effective approach to projects and deadlines; 

• Flexible and adaptive to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
